#1 – Orientation Course
Before starting your other courses, learn how to use and access the platform and its resources for maximum success and efficiency!
#2 – Goals & Action Planning – Lesson 1: Goals
Before deciding whether hydroponics or aquaponics is best for you, you need to know and prioritize your major goals. In this lesson, we will consider which goals are most important to your farm. By the end of the lesson, you will have a prioritized goals list and mission statement. This will be important to have before moving into the next course.
#3 – Intro to Aquaponics
After deciding on your goals, this is perhaps the next most important course for you to take right now. This course is not a course on managing an aquaponic system. Rather, it’s an introduction to commercial aquaponics and the unique situations that come with it. The decision of whether or not to choose aquaponic farming can have a major impact on your business, your markets, and your ROI. Before taking any other courses or starting your business plan, use this course to make a decision about which growing technique to use.
#4 – Goals & Action Planning – Lesson 2: Action Plan
After taking the last course, you should now know and have a made a decision about whether you’re going to grow hydroponically or aquaponically (or maybe even both). With that decision in mind, return to the Goals & Action Planning course to revisit your mission statement draft, and then create your Other Recommended Resources for this Pathway
